Common questions
How does a child sign in?
On your phone, open Family and tap the child to show their QR code. In the app on the child’s device, choose I’m a child and scan it. No camera? Tap Enter code manually and type the code shown under the QR.
How does another parent join?
Invite them in Family by email or phone number. They open the app, choose I’m a parent, then Join a family, and enter the code from the invitation.
My sign-in code didn’t arrive
Check your spam folder, or tap Resend code. A code works for 15 minutes. For SMS, enter the phone number with its country code, e.g. +420 777 123 456.
How do I delete my account or a child’s profile?
Both are in the app. See Deleting your account in the privacy policy.
